I will not promise you immediate relief or finding ultimate happiness by the end of our sessions. This is just the beginning. While in most cases, you will begin to feel improvements in the first month, I am providing you long-term tools and options that you can use to find your own happiness throughout the rest of your life. Tools that will actually work for you.
I will truly get to know you and what gives you energy, and what drains your energy. I will analyze your strengths and pair them up with mindfulness strategies so that you can feel more confident in your abilities each step of the way.
I am a mentor and teacher at heart. My purpose in life is to spread positivity in the world and help create deeper self-love and self-awareness among those who seek it. Therefore, you can expect high-quality instructional videos and mindfulness strategies that are honest, effective, and efficient. I will not waste your time on “woo-woo” fluff that won’t create actual change.
Accepting that you need to change and that you need help doing it is often the hardest part about starting this journey. I will respect your privacy and hold our sessions with the utmost respect. However, that’s not to say we won’t have FUN! I love having heartfelt discussions with people about the meaning of life, mixed in with some lighthearted jokes and sarcasm. Oh, do I love sarcasm, especially about the weird and unpredictable things that happen to us in life.
How I started my self-love journey
I began my mindfulness practice during a midnight nursing session with my 2nd daughter while postpartum in the beginning of the pandemic. As I was sitting in the rocking chair falling asleep and stressing about my life, I knew something had to change. MY MINDSET HAD TO CHANGE! It was time. As I sat there in the middle of the night, I found my first ever meditation on YouTube, tried it out, and to simply say that it helped would be an understatement. My life was completely changed in that moment. For the better.
