I started this podcast as a way to speak my truth, find my voice, and share my love for practicing mindfulness in a world that can sometimes seem so chaotic. Recording this podcast is one of the things I most look forward to each week, and I truly feel a connection with the universe whenever I share a new episode. It is my pride and joy.

Each week we discuss one mindful action that you can incorporate into everyday life along with a quick 5-minute meditation to settle our minds around the action. Practicing mindfulness can improve your focus, help you live in appreciation and gratitude, and decrease stress and anxiety. Let’s open our minds together and journey to the center of your universe.
