I started this podcast as a way to speak my truth, find my voice, and share my love for practicing mindfulness in a world that can sometimes seem so chaotic. Recording this podcast is one of the things I most look forward to each week, and I truly feel a connection with the universe whenever I share a new episode. It is my pride and joy.

Short Episodes to Increase Mental Stamina

We’re super chill over here at Mindful Actions, so we’re keeping the episodes short and easy to digest. Episodes are just 10-15 minutes in length, which is the perfect stretch for a quick mental break when you need it.
