Update: my gut feeling was right!
This post is in response to my post earlier this week on How To Trust Your Instincts. I’m adding this to the story because I just can’t not celebrate the accuracy of my intuition here! Celebrate yourself, that’s one of the pillars Mindful Actions is built on to help embrace confidence.
In the beginning of the last post I wrote that I just had a feeling that it was going to be a good day. I wrote that in the morning last Thursday and I had this gut feeling that something amazing was going to happen to me on that day. I knew it deep down in my core, and I felt it through my mindset and my presence all day long, and you’ll never believe what happened.
I had signed up for a free 3-day entrepreneur workshop from one of my long-time business idols, Chris Ducker. At the end of the workshop, they were going to pick someone to be the winner of a scholarship for their Youpreneur Incubator, a year-long program with their team plus 1:1 coaching with Chris himself. I’ll give you one guess as to who won that mentorship spot….Yes, you are correct. That would be me!!!
This was literally my face when they announced it. But here’s the thing…..
From the moment I signed into that 1st workshop on Tuesday, a light was ignited within me. I felt a deep connection to this project and this workshop and for some reason, I just knew. I knew this workshop, that I just randomly signed up for, was going to be a pivotal point in my life and business (oh hey intuition, so nice to see you!!!). I just knew that my passion for changing the lives of others through mindfulness and meditation was going to be recognized. I felt it. I don’t know why. I can’t explain it. I just had this feeling.
I was staying up late working hard every night on the materials. Not because I felt obligated to do it, but because I was inspired. I was ready to put in the work no matter what, and the universe responded to that. Even if I was wrong and hadn’t won, I still came away with loads of action items. It was well worth it.

All of this is for you. No, scratch that. All of this is for US advocating for mental health and creating more confidence and clarity in this beautiful, crazy, confusing thing we call life. Mindful Actions is here to help make your day-to-day stresses more manageable. New individualized resources, materials, and services are on the horizon to make your life easier and more enjoyable. The universe responded to us because we are going to move mountains together! We are building a generation of more mindful, compassionate, and forward-thinking people that are making the world a better place.
This is an opportunity I will never take for granted and I am confident that it is the start of something amazing. So get ready for what’s to come from Mindful Actions in 2023. We are going to CHANGE LIVES!!!! Are you ready? I sure am!
Mindset is everything. Believing in yourself is everything.
Trust that good things are going to happen and you will change your life.
