Living in Gratitude

Creating a gratitude practice works best when it’s done in a manner that works for you. So, you’re probably thinking, great, but how do you get to the point where gratitude comes naturally to me?  Glad you asked, that’s what I’m here to help with!

I created a gratitude series that includes 6 audio meditations (varying in length) + a downloadable gratitude journal where you can mix and match the pages best fit your needs. I hope you love creating your gratitude practice as much as I loved creating this guide!

I could’ve created a monthly journal and told you to do it every single day; that you’ll only succeed if you stick to a strict schedule. But you know what? That’s not the real deal. A strict schedule will only make this a burden, not a welcoming activity. Plus, I’m the type of person that if someone tells me I HAVE to do it a certain way, it’s not going to happen.

So this series was made with you in mind. You have the ability to build it any way you want. You can reorder the pages, date the pages, keep some but get rid of others, do whatever you feel inspired to do to create your gratitude practice.

Do yourself a favor and make a commitment to yourself to begin your  gratitude practice TODAY. Seriously, stop the scroll and go click on my shop and save yourself $10 with the launch-week sale. Namaste, friends.
