Beginning a personal growth journey is a huge step, and it’s not always going to be an easy one. A mindfulness journey is where you do the internal work. Everything you do is within you and for you, which is different from other talk therapies.

When things get tough, and you know they will, you still need to show up. Show up for you. You’re not doing this to improve anyone else’s life, you’re doing this to improve your life. So just promise yourself that you will keep showing up and coming back to this journey. Because you are your greatest cheerleader.
